We offer a wide range of IT Support options tailored to our clients' requirements. Whether you have a single computer, or an office full of networked computers & servers, we can offer a package to suit your requirements.
We can provide support for all your computers in one of three ways:

Telephone Support - 01323 640500 - Our telephones are manned by qualified engineers from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. If we can't help fix your problem over the telephone, we will offer either Remote Support or Onsite Support.

Remote Support - Using the latest Remote Control software, we can connect to one of your servers or workstations remotely & use it just as if we were in your office. This allows us to fix many problems without having to visit your site, saving us time & you money - which is good for everyone!

Onsite Support - If we are unable to resolve a problem remotely, or if the facility for remote control is not available for some reason, then we can despatch an engineer to visit your site to investigate & fix the problem.
You can pay for your support in one of three ways:

Pay-As-You-Go Support - Many of our clients are happy to simply pay for our support as they need it. For remote support, you will only be billed for the time we spend helping you, rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes. If we need to visit your premises & provide onsite support, it is just the same, but with a minimum of one hour.

Hardware Support Contract - If you would like to know that your PC or Server hardware failing would be our problem rather than yours, then a Hardware Support Contract is the answer. We can examine the hardware thoroughly & provide you with a quotation. Terms can vary to suit your requirements, but our standard contract covers unlimited hardware failures, both parts & labour, during our normal office hours of 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Options include 4 or 8 hour response, out-of-hours cover etc.
- Software Support Contract - Computer software these days is complicated. Especially when you consider the wide variety of computer hardware it has to run on. So it is no surprise that most computer problems are software related. With this in mind, we offer a Software Support Contract that covers the multitude of software problems you may encounter. Again, terms can vary to suit your requirements, but our standard contract covers a limited number of calls per month (in order to minimise costs), to investigate & fix any software related problem during our normal office hours of 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Options include unlimited calls, 4 or 8 hour response, out-of-hours cover etc.
